EZ General Construction Inc. was founded in 1996 by Edwin Zeiset, a skilled tradesman whose journey began in 1978 working under a master carpenter. With four sons and a growing passion for passing on his knowledge, Edwin saw an opportunity not just to build homes—but to build a business with purpose.
In the early years, the team was just five Zeisets working side by side. Each son took on the role of a crew foreman, and every project was an opportunity to learn, grow, and earn trust. Thanks to their reputation for quality and patience, the company grew rapidly—expanding to 26 employees in just two years.

As the business scaled, Edwin continued to lead by example while managing estimates, scheduling, and quality control. His eldest son, Rodney—armed with education in drafting, business, and management—eventually stepped into an office leadership role, helping the company evolve into a full-service operation.
EZ General Construction has tackled commercial work for names like Hershey Park, Clipper Magazine Stadium, Hilton Hotels, and more. But no matter how large the project, our commitment to precision and client satisfaction never wavers.
